Bharath has been practicing Raja Yoga and Meditation for 2+ years and it has translated to push his body to greater depths during workouts. His approach to his clients comes with a positive and uplifting attitude. He not only preaches his philosophy of healthy eating and taking care of your mind & body but also embodies it by putting it into his daily practice.
Flow Yoga Teacher
Emily was first introduced to yoga in high school, however it wasn’t until later that its importance manifested and yoga became a driving force in her life. While working in Washington, D.C., she discovered that yoga provided the balance that she needed to stay healthy and happy. From then on, yoga blossomed into a wellness and spiritual practice for her. Emily completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011 and has been teaching ever since. In her classes, through flow sequences and a focus on alignment, Emily hopes to safely and comfortably encourage students to open up to themselves and better understand their bodies. In 2014 while living in Buenos Aires, Emily studied Reiki healing and completed levels 1 and 2. The Reiki courses helped her connect the dots between chakra energetic work and the yoga practice. This understanding brings a deeper power and introspection to her yoga practice, which she strives to infuse in her classes.
